Thank you to everyone who contributed to Stepping Up For Arts so far this year. The Artisans greatly appreciates your generous donation iin support of education in our area. As a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of students across Brunswick County. We are aware that there are many local students whose education is affected because of restricted funding. Although this can affect all aspects of education we find that art education does suffer and can deny the opportunity for students to express themselves in creative and meaningful ways. Our mission focuses on awarding teacher grants and student scholarships after careful consideration of art teacher proposals and scholastic achievement of graduating seniors. Your generous donation supports these efforts and we thank you again for your gift. |
